▸ Clients can not be under the age of 18+ to commission me.
All commissions are automatically for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Please discuss commercial use with me.
▸ I require references to work from. I can not work from written descriptions. High Quality references are preferred. I reserve the right to deny the commission if I feel the references aren't good enough.
▸ Clients may choose from a few payment options provided on my form.
▸ I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
▸ Do not rush me. I am one person, who also suffers from mental health illnesses that can affect my work speed. Please be patient with me.
▸ Edits and additions to the art may be discussed. I am less likely to accept edits on digital artwork.
▸ I forbid the use of my work to be used for NFT projects of any sort.
▸ I forbid the use of my artwork with AI generation of any kind.
▸ Do not use my artwork to make offensive content.
▸ By commissioning me, you are aware that you will be receiving a DIGITAL ITEM that will be DOWNLOADED and no physical item will be shipped to your address.GENERAL
▸ Clients will always be shown WIPs through their preferred form of contact.
▸ You are free to ask for any revisions during each stage I am at. I highly encourage draw-over edits if you have the ability as this is very helpful for me to adjust your model to your liking.
▸ Please keep in mind I can not do any major changes once I have moved on to the next stages.
▸ VGen commissions take priority, I recommend you commission me there. It is also the most up to date with my commission information.PAYMENTS
▸ Payments are made in GBP.
▸ Clients can opt to pay through Ko-Fi donation, Ko-Fi commissions, VGen commissions or PayPal invoice.REVISIONS
▸ You are permitted 2 revisions per stage.
▸ Any major changes will cost extra after your free revisions are used up.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
▸ I don't work well with deadlines so I may decline if you provide one.
▸ I may not accept rush orders.
▸ I will deliver your art to your preferred contact (likely email).
▸ You must inform me when you have downloaded the image so I can remove it from the Drive.USE
▸ Personal use ONLY unless otherwise discussed.
▸You are permitted to use them as: Icons, Backgrounds for devices, Banners, ToyHouse
▸ Commercial Use allows you to use as merch or for streaming.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
▸ All rights to the artwork belong to me. I must be credited as it's creator even if edits or additions are added when permission is granted.
▸ Commercial usage will cost extra.
▸ The reselling or free public distribution of your art is strictly forbidden under all circumstances unless discussed prior.REFUNDS
▸ If I cancel a commission, you will be refunded in full.
▸ If you cancel a commission during production, and paid in full, I will keep a portion of the price and refund the rest along with providing the model data as is. No artwork will be provided at any stage, the artwork will be reused for my own use or for another commission or YCH type commission.
▸ If you cancel a commission during production, and paid half, I will keep the half you have paid and provide the model data as is. Artwork will be provided depending on the stage I am at. If I am just finished with the base sketching, no art will be provided.
▸Chargebacks filed against me for any reason will result in your commission being scrapped if it's in production. If you have filed a chargeback against me and you have received the full model or artwork, I will take legal action against you.COMMUNICATION
▸ You will be contacted through your preferred contact.
▸ I will provide WIPS if requested.
